As an IT Service Management Expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and operational excellence for major industrial clients, including automotive, chemical, and manufacturing leaders. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve independently managing projects to achieve certifications such as ISO 20000 and C5, while operating within the information security, data protection, and quality management office. You will support the security team in maintaining rigorous standards including ISO 27001, TISAX, and ISAE. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training with specialized further education in information security management. Qualification as ISO 20000 Service Manager or ITSM Auditor is highly desirable.
Experience
- Professional experience in information security and IT service management
- Practical experience in auditing and certification processes according to ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISAE, and C5 standards

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Position is offered via temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover.
