Job Summary
As a Service Delivery Manager in Neckarsulm, you will act as a key leader within the IT department, responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and maintaining strong client relationships. Your day-to-day duties include managing the IT service team, overseeing escalation management, and ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will serve as the primary interface between the company, clients, and contractors, facilitating meetings and driving the continuous improvement of service processes. The ideal candidate brings a solid technical background, experience in remote support and ticket management, and a proactive approach to team leadership. Required Skills
Education
