Job Summary

This role involves the independent planning, tendering, awarding, construction supervision, and billing of maintenance, renovation, and conversion measures for the district's properties. The successful candidate will also be responsible for awarding and coordinating planning services (phases 1-9 HOAI) to engineering firms, ensuring quality and adherence to contracts for medium to large construction projects, and coordinating with various technical stakeholders. Daily tasks include inspecting structural and technical systems within buildings and outdoor areas.
