As an IT Support Specialist (2nd Level) based in Munich, you will play a vital role in maintaining the technical infrastructure for end-users. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing incident reports, documenting all technical activities within a ticketing system, and performing on-site hardware installations, including PCs, notebooks, and monitors. You will also assist with office relocations and the setup of IT components, as well as handling software assignments and basic system configurations. Required Skills

- Experience working with ticketing systems is preferred
