As an IT Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting clients on-site by ensuring the reliability of their hardware and network environments. Your daily responsibilities will include installing PCs and notebooks, diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues, performing data recovery, and managing warranty claims. You will also be actively involved in system rollouts and the planning and execution of hardware replacements, providing professional 2nd-level support for printing and client systems. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Practical experience in hardware component commissioning
- Practical experience in 2nd-level support, specifically in troubleshooting hardware and software errors

- Valid Class B driving license required.
