Job Summary
As an Onsite IT Technician, you will serve as a vital technical troubleshooter, responsible for maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure directly at client locations in Frankfurt and Offenbach. Your daily responsibilities include the physical setup, relocation, and decommissioning of IT workstations, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software malfunctions, and providing hands-on guidance to users. Additionally, you will manage network patching tasks and ensure all activities are meticulously documented within the company's ticketing system. This role requires a strong background in IT support, proficiency in Windows environments, and the ability to work independently in a field-based capacity.
