Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the operational efficiency of the company's IT infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities will span from providing comprehensive First and Second Level support to users, to the administration, maintenance, and optimization of server landscapes. You will be tasked with troubleshooting Windows clients and peripheral devices, managing user rights and group policies via Active Directory, and ensuring the availability of network and M365 applications. The ideal candidate brings a structured approach, a strong service-oriented mindset, and solid technical knowledge in hardware and software diagnostics.
