As an On-site IT Technician in Frankfurt am Main, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure for up to five client teams in the Rhine-Main area. Your daily responsibilities include providing comprehensive remote and on-site support for Windows-based end devices, analyzing and resolving technical incidents, and managing the physical setup, relocation, and decommissioning of IT workstations. You will also be responsible for instructing users on hardware and software usage and maintaining accurate documentation within a ticketing system, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
