Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting clients by managing their Windows and iOS environments. Your day-to-day responsibilities include handling Break & Fix, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and Hardware & Equipment (H+E) tickets, as well as providing expert 2nd-level support. You will diagnose technical issues, perform software installations, and assist with network and telecommunications inquiries, often working directly with clients on-site. The position requires a solid foundation in IT, including experience with Windows Active Directory and standard office software. Required Skills
Education

- Experience in handling technical tickets and on-site client support
