Job Summary
As an IT Onsite Support Technician in Braak, you will play a vital role in maintaining the availability of hardware and software within a 2nd Level Support capacity. Your daily responsibilities include providing direct user support at the service point, troubleshooting and repairing desktops, notebooks, and tablets, and managing technical escalations in coordination with central IT. You will also be responsible for documenting work processes and assisting with IT transfers. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in Windows client operating systems, specifically Windows 10 and 11, along with practical experience in onsite service and user support. You should be comfortable working with MS Office applications, mobile devices, and various client peripherals.
