Job Summary

As an IT Field Support Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the operational efficiency of hardware and software for our client's team in Munich-Sendling. Your daily responsibilities include managing user accounts and permissions, setting up and supporting mobile devices, and administering mobile fleets via Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, resolving hardware and software faults through phone, email, remote access, or direct on-site intervention. All requests must be meticulously documented in the TopDesk ticketing system, with complex issues escalated to 2nd or 3rd level support. This role is ideal for a customer-oriented IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting in a dynamic environment. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in an IT-related field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or similar).

Experience
