Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employees across the EMEA region, ensuring the smooth operation of their technical environments. Your day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues within a First Level Support capacity, configuring and managing IT systems, and setting up workstations. You will also be responsible for software distribution across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, as well as assisting with office applications and participating in various IT projects. The ideal candidate brings solid expertise in client-side troubleshooting and network protocols, combined with strong communication skills. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in an IT-related field, relevant professional experience, or comparable qualifications.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or a related technical field
- Experience with troubleshooting Windows and macOS clients in corporate environments
- Practical experience with software distribution tools and remote support
- Experience with network protocols in LAN and WAN environments

- Must be eligible to work in Germany. Position is offered via temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover.
