Job Summary
As a Senior IT Service Technician, you will provide comprehensive 1st and 2nd level onsite support for a prestigious international law firm in Munich. Your daily responsibilities include managing IT infrastructure, providing end-user support, and installing/maintaining hardware such as tablets, notebooks, PCs, printers, and mobile devices (iOS/Android). You will also oversee the setup and support of video conferencing systems and software solutions like Microsoft Teams and Zoom. The role requires strong technical proficiency in Windows operating systems and MS Office. This position offers a stable, long-term opportunity with flat hierarchies and a collaborative environment. Candidates should have a relevant IT qualification or equivalent professional experience, along with experience using ticketing systems. Required Skills
