As an IT Support and Administration Specialist in Munich, you will play a vital role in maintaining the IT infrastructure for small and medium-sized enterprises. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating incident resolution, managing service requests within a Microsoft-centric environment, and ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Required Skills
