Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician for Onsite Support, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure for a market-leading company. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing 2nd-level support, managing IT tickets within the IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) framework, and handling hardware replacements and break-fix scenarios. You will conduct onsite support directly at client locations and execute specific network-related project tasks. To succeed, you should have a solid foundation in Windows operating systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting for PCs and mobile devices. Proficiency with ticketing systems and standard office software is essential. Required Skills

Education
