Job Summary

As an IMAC Technician based in Hamburg, you will provide essential on-site support and field services in a 2nd-level capacity. Your daily responsibilities include managing the installation, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) for end-user hardware such as notebooks, desktops, printers, and mobile devices. You will also provide 'smart hand' support for server and network environments, handle application installations, and perform data backups. This role requires a strong background in Windows 7/10 environments and mobile device management.
