Job Summary
As an IT Service Desk Specialist, you will act as the primary technical point of contact for national and international support requests, handling inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Your day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting and error analysis, developing effective solutions for users, performing client installations and administration, and conducting user training sessions. Additionally, you will engage in smaller project-based tasks and collaborate across various internal departments. This role requires a solid foundation in IT systems and a solution-oriented mindset.
