As an IT Onsite Support Technician in Wolfsburg, you will provide hands-on technical assistance to users, focusing on hardware-related issues. Your daily responsibilities include managing IMAC-D (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) and Break-&-Fix tasks, as well as the setup, configuration, and rollout of PCs, notebooks, monitors, printers, and mobile devices like iPhones and iPads. You will also be responsible for managing support requests and maintaining accurate documentation within the company's ticket system. This role requires strong hardware knowledge and experience in a professional workplace environment.
