As an Onsite IT Support Technician, you will serve as the primary point of contact for users, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of IT operations within an industrial environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd level support, troubleshooting Windows-based clients, managing hardware and peripherals, and performing user management via Active Directory and Exchange. You will also monitor network infrastructure, document service cases in a ticketing system, and provide guidance to end-users.
