Job Summary
As an Onsite IT Technician, you will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving IT issues directly at the user's workstation. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing support requests via a ticket management system, identifying and troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and providing hands-on training to users on new equipment and systems. You will also be responsible for the installation and customization of workstations and maintaining accurate records through asset management processes. This role requires a solid foundation in Windows and macOS environments, as well as experience working within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
