Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist (2nd Level), you will play a vital role in maintaining the stability and efficiency of our Windows and Linux environments. Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical incidents within our IT infrastructure, including servers and networks. You will collaborate closely with 1st and 3rd level teams to ensure seamless operations, manage system updates and security patches, and contribute to IT project rollouts and migrations. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems, network infrastructure, and modern collaboration tools like Office 365 and MS Teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of enterprise-grade technologies, including virtualization, cloud platforms, and automation tools, within a stable, permanent role that emphasizes continuous professional development and exposure to large-scale IT projects.
