Job Summary

As a 2nd Level IT Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the stability and efficiency of our Windows and Linux environments. Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues across server infrastructures and networks. You will act as a bridge between 1st and 3rd level support, ensuring seamless escalation paths and effective problem resolution. Beyond reactive support, you will contribute to the planning, implementation, and optimization of system architectures, manage security policies, and support various IT projects, such as migrations and automation initiatives. We are looking for a proactive professional who is passionate about continuous learning, possesses strong communication skills, and is comfortable with occasional travel for project-based work.
