As a 2nd Level IT Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the stability and efficiency of our Windows and Linux environments. Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and resolving complex technical incidents within the IT infrastructure, collaborating with 1st and 3rd level support teams, and contributing to the planning and implementation of system and network architectures. You will manage performance monitoring, implement security policies, and assist with IT projects such as migrations and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in operating systems, networking, and collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 and Teams.
