Job Summary
As a 2nd Level Support Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of IT systems for a leading IT consulting and service firm. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support for complex IT incidents, performing hardware repairs, and managing the installation, configuration, and commissioning of various IT systems. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing Windows operating systems and documenting solutions within a central ticketing system. Required Skills
