Job Summary
As an IT Service Desk Technician based in Bonn, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal employees, acting as the crucial link between staff and IT services. Your day-to-day responsibilities include receiving, prioritizing, and categorizing incoming IT requests, managing incidents, and escalating complex issues to second-level support. You will be responsible for the setup, installation, and maintenance of hardware including PCs, network components, monitors, printers, and scanners. Additionally, you will manage user accounts and services within MS Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in system integration who enjoys troubleshooting and providing high-quality support. The position offers a permanent contract with an option for direct takeover, flexible working hours, and 30 days of vacation, supported by a comprehensive onboarding process and opportunities for professional development.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT Service Desk operations
- Practical experience in the administration and maintenance of desktop hardware and peripheral devices
- Experience working with IT ticketing systems for incident management
