Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the IT infrastructure at a prominent automotive company in Mannheim. Your daily responsibilities include the physical setup and configuration of hardware, as well as the installation and troubleshooting of software and operating systems. You will serve as a direct point of contact for users at the Service Point, providing hands-on support and documenting technical issues using a ticketing system. Additionally, you will be responsible for warranty-related repairs of desktops, notebooks, and tablets. This position is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys direct user interaction and hardware maintenance. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed vocational training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification.
Experience

- Experience in the maintenance of Windows workstations and laptops

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Position is based in Mannheim. Work permit for Germany is required.
