Job Summary
As an Onsite IT Support Specialist in Bremen, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality IT services to industrial clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the 'TechBar' to provide direct support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues based on incoming tickets, and prioritizing urgent requests. You will also handle 2nd-level support tasks, manage Windows client environments, and assist with network and telecommunications configurations. Key requirements include a solid IT background, experience in break-fix scenarios, and proficiency with ticket management systems and SCCM for image and software deployment.
