Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician, you will serve as the primary point of contact for user support and the maintenance of diverse system landscapes. Your daily responsibilities include performing hardware rollouts, managing IT workplace services, and providing ticket-based onsite support for Windows clients. You will also provide industrial IT support for specialized equipment such as panel PCs, scanners, and terminals, while handling the physical setup and cabling of business hardware. This role requires travel to various customer locations using a company pool vehicle. The position is ideal for a structured professional who thrives in a service-oriented environment. Key requirements include proficiency with Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals (Switching, Layer 1-3), and experience with hardware installation.
