Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician, you will serve as a primary point of contact for complex technical customer inquiries at the Donauwörth site. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing 2nd-level support for printers, networks, and telecommunications, managing Windows client support requests, and handling the installation and configuration of hardware and telecommunications systems. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical faults, managing hardware orders, and assisting with various technical projects. This role requires a solid foundation in Windows systems, network technology, and hardware configuration. Required Skills
Education
