Job Summary

As an IT Systems Technician in Bamberg, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's digital transformation. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing software and hardware errors, performing on-site support, and managing the implementation and configuration of client systems. You will also be responsible for the physical setup, cabling, and relocation of hardware, as well as handling repairs for desktops, notebooks, and printers within warranty and standard service frameworks. To succeed in this role, you should have a background as a qualified IT specialist with experience in Microsoft environments and strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WLAN).
