Job Summary

As an IT Technician based in Munich and Starnberg, you will be responsible for the end-to-end support of workplace IT infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities include the installation and integration of workstations, managing hardware and software, and providing 1st and 2nd level support to resolve system issues via a ticketing system. You will also coordinate with external service providers and participate in site-specific IT projects. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background, proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments (including Azure and Intune), and is comfortable working with various hardware peripherals.
