Job Summary

As a Field Service Technician, you will provide essential on-site IT infrastructure support for leading industry clients. Your daily responsibilities include performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, managing the assembly and disassembly of IT hardware, installing operating systems and software applications, and providing ongoing support based on ticket volume. This role requires a strong background in on-site technical service, familiarity with Windows 10, and proficiency in network technology and ticketing systems. You must be prepared for 24/7 on-call availability.
