Job Summary
As an IT Service Desk Technician based in Bonn, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal users, providing essential technical support and acting as a bridge to second-level support teams. Your daily responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware such as PCs, laptops, printers, and network components. You will also manage user accounts and permissions via MS Active Directory and oversee MS Office 365 environments. The role requires a proactive approach to categorizing and prioritizing incoming tickets to ensure efficient resolution of service requests and incidents. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Demonstrated experience in managing user requests via ticketing systems
