Job Summary
As a Service Desk Agent based in Darmstadt, you will serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries. Your daily responsibilities include receiving and resolving IT disruptions, managing user accounts, handling access permissions, and documenting all processes within a ticketing system. You will act as the first line of support, qualifying requests and escalating complex issues to 2nd and 3rd level support teams. This role requires a solid foundation in IT support and network technology. You will be part of a well-established company with a strong reputation in the German industrial IT sector.
