Job Summary
As a Field Service Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for on-site IT support in the Nuremberg and Middle Franconia region. Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing hardware exchanges, providing 2nd-level support for client and printing systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing warranty cases, and assisting with IT rollouts. You will also be responsible for data recovery and the installation of notebooks and PCs, while maintaining high-quality customer service. This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional with experience in hardware repair and network environments. - Valid Class B driver's license required. Position involves travel within the Nuremberg/Middle Franconia region. Role is offered as temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover.
