Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical user issues, providing 1st and 2nd level support. You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving technical problems both remotely and on-site at the IT Link Center. A key part of your role involves managing user inquiries via a ticketing system, coordinating the escalation of 3rd level support requests, and collaborating closely with other departments. You will support users with Windows, macOS, and Office 365 environments, as well as mobile devices and conference systems. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in an IT-related field is preferred, though not strictly mandatory for motivated candidates.
Experience

- Willingness to accept career changers with relevant technical aptitude

- Work permit for Germany required. Position is offered via temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover.
