Job Summary

As an IT Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing the IT infrastructure for a specialized IT consulting firm based in Mannheim. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing PC inventory, performing hardware assembly and disassembly, executing data backups, and managing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services. Additionally, you will be responsible for the installation and configuration of operating systems and applications. To succeed in this role, you should possess a solid background in IT systems, proficiency with Microsoft operating systems, and strong hardware knowledge.
