As an Onsite IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure of a production facility. Your day-to-day tasks include installing IT hardware, provisioning and deploying devices, ensuring the operational readiness of desktops, notebooks, and mobile equipment, as well as replacing printers and related components. You will act as the primary point of contact for onsite user support. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT, experience with Windows operating systems and applications, and practical knowledge in supporting production-specific hardware such as handheld scanners and label printers.
