Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician / Onsite Supporter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure for end-users. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing end-user devices, covering everything from installation and repair to hardware replacement. You will provide direct, hands-on support to users for both software and hardware issues, operating within 1st and 2nd level support tiers. Additionally, you will assist with IT projects and rollouts, while occasionally providing support at locations in Marl and Herne. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of technical troubleshooting and direct user interaction.
