Job Summary

This role involves leading strategic research and innovation projects focused on security robotics within the Swiss Federal Administration (armasuisse Science + Technologies). You will be instrumental in establishing the external CSDR site in Payerne, serving as the crucial interface between various armasuisse services and the Swiss Aeropole technology park. Daily tasks include directing technical testing, collaborating closely with academic, industry, and DDPS partners, and ensuring synergy with other specialized areas like Cyber and Space. Candidates should possess a higher education degree in Engineering and a strong interest in risk management, security procedures, drones, and robotics. Success in this dynamic environment requires a high degree of initiative, critical thinking regarding existing solutions, and a commitment to multilingual communication across French, German, and English stakeholders.
