Job Summary

This challenging role involves acting as the Owner's Representative (Maître d'ouvrage) for specialized and electrical construction projects across Central Switzerland, operating from Lucerne with mobile and remote work options. You will be responsible for driving the operational implementation of projects, from preliminary studies through to handover, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology. Key duties include managing external planning teams and service providers, ensuring coordination and timely delivery of their services, and collaborating on complex technical tasks and project modifications. A critical component of the role is project controlling, where you will oversee the budget, performance, costs, deadlines, and quality. This position requires an Electrical or Civil Engineering background (HES/EPF level) combined with expertise in project management and systemic, economic thinking. Success in this role demands strong organizational skills, communication ability, and proficiency in a second official Swiss language.
