Job Summary

As the Team Lead for Enabling Services at BwBM, you will play a pivotal role in managing and scaling a critical IT infrastructure team. You will provide both disciplinary and professional leadership to a growing group responsible for core services, including Mobile Device Management (MDM), License Management, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and secure communications (VS-NfD). Your day-to-day will involve organizing team workflows, conducting performance reviews, and fostering professional development as the team expands toward eleven members by 2027. You will act as a bridge between technical teams, IT architecture, and external service providers, ensuring operational excellence.
