Job Summary

As a Service Desk Team Coordinator, you will act as the functional lead for a team of 10-12 service desk professionals. Your day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating team activities, planning resource allocation, and ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, prioritize incoming tasks, and manage the documentation process within the knowledge base. Furthermore, you will handle complex ticket escalations, perform root cause analysis, and ensure that incidents are properly classified and documented. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in first-level support who is looking to transition into a leadership position. Required Skills
