Job Summary

As an IT Onsite Support Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the technical infrastructure for our client in Hannover. Your daily responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of client hardware such as desktops, notebooks, tablets, and mobile scanners. You will act as the primary point of contact for diagnosing and resolving IT system issues on-site, managing hardware/software rollouts, and ensuring all activities are accurately documented within the client's service management system. We are looking for a hands-on professional with a strong technical background in Windows environments and software distribution.
