Job Summary

As an IT Field Service Technician based in Ludwigsburg, you will play a critical role in supporting the IT infrastructure within an international automotive environment. Your daily responsibilities include performing hardware repairs, managing the connection, retrieval, and replacement of IT equipment, and executing client installations for laptops, smartphones, tablets, and desktops. You will act as the first point of contact for service requests, manage incident reporting and tracking, and perform troubleshooting for Windows 10 and MS Office environments.
