Job Summary

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of modern call systems in nursing and retirement homes. Your day-to-day work involves performing functional and safety tests, documenting system performance, and coordinating directly with on-site nursing staff and facility management. This role requires a professional background in electrical engineering or communication technology and a willingness to travel extensively within Germany for approximately 20 weeks per year. You will work with cutting-edge communication technology and receive comprehensive training to become a certified specialist for call systems according to DIN VDE 0834.
