Job Summary
As a 2nd Level IT Support Technician based in Berlin or Munich, you will serve as a vital link between end-users and complex IT infrastructures. Your primary day-to-day responsibilities include administering client IT infrastructure, troubleshooting and documenting technical issues, and providing on-site support for hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices. You will ensure IT standards are maintained across the client environment. To succeed, you should have a background in IT systems integration, proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and Office 365, and practical experience with SCCM, Active Directory, and network technology. Required Skills
Education
