As a 1st Level IT Support Technician, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, acting as a bridge between users and IT systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, documenting incidents in a ticketing system, performing software installations, and providing on-site support for computers, printers, mobile devices, and network infrastructure.
