Job Summary

As the Head of HVAC at Saarland University, you will lead the mechanical engineering division within the Facility Management department. Your daily responsibilities include overseeing the operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and conveyor technology systems, as well as the district heating network. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, managing building technology upgrades, and ensuring modernization projects are executed efficiently. Required Skills

Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician, or a University Degree (Bachelor/Diploma) in Supply Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a comparable field.

  • Experience in leading and managing staff within a technical department
