As a Senior Business Architect within the 'GeoInfo, Analytics & Simulation' unit, you will play a pivotal role in digitalizing the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Your day-to-day responsibilities involve translating strategic military objectives into concrete functional requirements and designing business architectures for complex IT projects. You will lead cross-functional teams of experts to develop systems for data fusion, decision support, and situational awareness. This role acts as a critical bridge between military stakeholders and technical implementation teams. Candidates need a strong background in requirements engineering and project management, specifically within large-scale IT environments. Required Skills

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Requirements Engineer within complex, strategic IT projects
  • Professional experience in data fusion, databases, or applications for situational awareness systems
  • Proven expertise in project management methodologies evidenced by certifications such as IPMA, PMI, or Scrum
  • Experience in requirements engineering frameworks such as IREB
  • Professional experience leading cross-functional teams of technical experts
  • Preferred experience working with public authorities, global industrial companies, or the Bundeswehr environment
